Wicomico Parish Church outreach supports local organizations such as:

• Interfaith Service Council: an organization of area churches formed to assist anyone in need.
• The Haven:  an emergency shelter open to abused women and their children.
• The Free Health Clinic, which provides medical and dental services to qualified individuals without health insurance in this area. 
• The Northumberland Family YMCA offers a free Family Nights Program that we support and is currently planning to provide a full service facility and swimming pool for county residents.
• Court-appointed Special Advocates is a volunteer advocacy effort for abused and neglected children involved in the court system.
• Hospice Support Services of the Northern Neck provides care as well as emotional, social and spiritual support in end-of-life situations.
